What Do We Offer?
The professional tool for checking of stowage and segregation of IMDG goods on board container ships in accordance with the latest requirements of IMDG code. It is intended to be used by Masters, Chief Officers, Mates and Ship Planners as a part of vessel cargo planning. You may download Pro DG free and use the software free of any cost or fee. free version uses same algorithms as the future full version.
Our primer aim was to make checking of stowage plans much easier and faster. With this tool, you will drastically reduce your time consumed to work with Dangerous cargoes.
It will seriously reduce the probability of a mistake as well. We have read every line of IMDG code and implemented maximum number of the rules in EasyJob ProDG software.
Another aim in creation of this tool was to make it easy in use and user-friendly. Once you set up the ProDG at its first start, every next use will require minimum efforts from your side to make full assessment of the stowage plan, either provided as baplie .edi or as an excel file.
Among the main features of ProDG software, there are checking of dg containers stowage and segregation, auto-update of required information from dg database, export and import from excel, displaying and export to .txt file of all found conflicts and notes. Everything will be done automatically within few seconds after a valid .edi file or dg list in excel format opened in the program.

What are the Requirements?
System requirements are being tested. Program can be extracted from the archive to any suitable folder on your PC and run without installation. ProDG free works via Console interface (normally users will require no additional software or drivers to be installed). Additionally, .NET Framework 4.5 or later version may be required. If not installed, .NET Framework can be downloaded from Microsoft web site.
How to use?
First start requires your time and information of your vessel. Once setting of ship profile has been completed, it will be saved and connected automatically at every further use. You may change settings any time later.
Optionally you may set an excel template at your first export or import of excel file. That may also be done or changed any time later.
To run the program - double click on the 'Pro DG free.exe' icon. All .edi and excel files in the same directory with execution files will be listed and any of them may be chosen by typing its number. If file is not found, please copy it to Pro DG folder and restart the program.
Alternatively (and easier), you can drag the required .edi or excel file and drop it over 'Pro DG free.exe' icon. The program will open automatically and start reading your file.
Download latest version of ProDG free tool before you put to sea. Once on board, complete Ship profile setup process and use it unlimited number of times within license period. Remember to check for updates online frequently. You may also send a request to advance@imdg.pro and we will inform you as soon as the newer version is available for downloading.
How to update?
Each next version includes improvements and fixes from your reports, as well as may include new features and licenses. To get the best result always use the latest version of ProDG software.
Download an archive with the latest version of ProDG free software to your PC. In existing folder with previous version replace old files Pro DG free.exe and dglist.xml with new ones from the archive. Be sure to keep your ShipProfile.ini and template.xlt files - otherwise you will have to setup the program again. Use it better than before.
